I just upgraded to an arc a750 from gtx 1660 super. My cpu is amd ryzen 5 1600 af. With my 1660 super I have never experienced any drop in valorant. I did everything in other community posts but non of them worked. I am now experiencing serious drops and stutters with my a750. This should not be possible even if my cpu bottlenecks the gpu. And also I am playing at 1440p so there should not be bottleneck issue.
My drivers are up to date and I did download two of older drivers too.
Thank you for your support.

Hi, xGlorfindel.
Thank you for posting in our Community and for sharing the details of your experience with the Intel Arc A750 and the FPS drops you’re encountering in Valorant. To assist you more effectively, could you please provide additional information on the following points?
- Are you running Valorant with any specific graphics settings or custom configurations that differ from your previous setup with the GTX 1660 Super?
- Does the issue occur only in Valorant, or have you noticed similar drops or stutters in other games or applications?
- You mentioned that your drivers are up to date and that you have also tried two older driver versions. Could you please clarify how you performed these updates? Did you update them manually through Device Manager or via an automatic process? Additionally, could you specify the exact driver versions you installed?
You mentioned, "I did everything in other community posts, but none of them worked." Could you please share the specific troubleshooting steps you have already taken? Understanding what actions you've tried will help me avoid suggesting any redundant steps and assist you more effectively. I kindly ask you to provide CapFrameX data for this game. This will help us analyze performance metrics more thoroughly and identify any issues. However, please share a CapFrameX file that captures at least 5 minutes of gameplay. Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. For your privacy and security, I have already sent you an email to collect the SSU reports. Once I receive the logs, I can investigate further and provide better assistance.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,

Hi.
1. No, I run the game with exact same graphic settings as my previous video card which are1440p High settings.
2. I tried Red Dead Redemption 2 which is a well optimized game and experienced stutters too. The stutters were less noticeable but they were obious on frametime graph.
3. I tried last 3 drivers: 32.0.101.6790, 32.0.101.6793 and 32.0.101.6795. I downloaded them form Intel's official website without using Intel graphics software(I tried installing via software too). Going through every step I cleared all drivers with DDU.
Trouble shootings I tried: Reinstalling the game, reinstalling windows, trying other drivers, overclocking my CPU, changing presets in games...
I just bought a Ryzen 5 5600, according to idea that these problems could be caused by not being able to activate ResizeBar. FPS values improved significantly but the frametimes spikes are still there. Both in Valorant and RDR2. For Valorant, I capped my framerate at 180(to match my monitors refresh rate) using RTSS, now the game feels a lot smoother but why am I have to cap my framerate at 180? And the frametime spikes are not completely gone.
In RDR2 with my new processor, there is almost no stutter to my feelings but frametime graph shows some stutters from time to time. It can be normal though.
I'll send both CapFrameX and Intel SSU Reports Via email.
Have a nice day too.

Hello, xGlorfindel.
Thank you for your response. I did not receive your email, which may be due to the server issue you mentioned. For your privacy and security, I have already sent you an email to collect the SSU reports and the CapFrameX data. Once I receive the logs, I can investigate further and provide better assistance.

Hello, xGlorfindel.
Thank you for providing the SSU logs and the CapFrameX report. Upon reviewing the SSU logs, I noticed that your system is already running the latest graphics driver version, 32.0.101.6795. One of the key troubleshooting steps we typically recommend is updating the graphics driver to enhance the performance of the GPU. However, based on the CapFrameX results, I can still observe noticeable stuttering during gameplay.
In the meantime, I will need to do further research on this matter and post the response on this thread once available.
Best regards,
Von M.

Hello, xGlorfindel.
Thank you once again for the detailed information you’ve provided so far. To further assist you and ensure a comprehensive analysis, I kindly request your help with the following:
- Provide a screenshot of the game settings so I can attempt to replicate the issue.
- Could you confirm which digital platform (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, Rockstar Launcher, etc.) you are using to run the games? This detail is important for environment-specific troubleshooting.
- For Red Dead Redemption 2: Since Red Dead Redemption 2 may require a different troubleshooting approach, I respectfully ask that you create a separate support thread for this title. This will help us track each issue independently and ensure we apply the appropriate resolution steps.
- Check if Rebar is enabled in the BIOS. Rebar is disabled, I recommend enabling it and checking for any performance improvements. Generate a new CapFrameX report for further analysis. For your reference, here’s a helpful guide on enabling ReBAR: https://www.gigabyte.com/WebPage/785/NVIDIA_resizable_bar.html Once ReBAR is enabled, please generate a new CapFrameX report and share it with us so we can conduct a deeper performance analysis.
Best regards,

1. Here are the graphics settings I used. I tried enabling, disabling most of them, nothing changed. I do not understand why do you need this data though. Even a potato run valorant without an issue.
2. I use Riot client directly.
3. OK
4. I already told you that I enabled Rebar. CapFrameX report I provided was captured with Rebar on. I just have a feeling that you are just stalling me.
Arc A750 is not a bad product but obviously your drivers are bad. I think we both know by now that you are not going to be able to solve the problem until Intel releases a decent driver.
I ran the game with GT1030 and played smoothly. And now you are asking me the graphics settings I used... Please...
I am frustrated by this issue. It's not personal. I know that you are trying to do your job but I am not stupid. If you can not do anything that can really be helpful, just leave it and let's wait for driver updates. IF there is any good one coming.

Hello, xGlorfindel.
Thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort you’ve invested in troubleshooting this issue. I also want to acknowledge your frustration, it's entirely understandable, especially considering the extensive steps you've already taken without seeing a resolution. Please rest assured, the intent behind requesting further details, such as graphics settings, is not to delay the process or shift responsibility. Rather, these details, even if they appear minor, can significantly assist our engineering teams in accurately reproducing the issue under controlled conditions. Insights from tools like CapFrameX, combined with your firsthand observations, are vital to our investigation.
As we aim to carry out a more thorough performance analysis, we’d like to reconfirm that Resizable BAR is enabled in the BIOS. Additionally, we kindly ask that you provide a fresh CapFrameX report to ensure we’re working with the most current and relevant data. I agree with your sentiment about the potential of the Arc A750, and I also recognize that driver refinement is an ongoing process. You've been both transparent and patient, qualities I sincerely respect.
Best regards,
Von M.

Sı you do not need the second CapFrameX report?
Somehow the stutters appear less frequently for about 4-5 days. I don't know if it's the drivers or something I did throughout the process.
When I cap the FPS via RTSS to 180, the game is stuttery.
When I cap ip to 200 it's fine most of the time.
When I use no cap at all, it's pure luck. Sometimes good sometimes bad.

It has been 2 months and I am still waiting thanks guys lol.
I am being ghosted by Intel... It really feels like a joke. Low sys req game like Valorant is a stuttery mess it gets a little bit better when capped to 180 fps but it's still stuttery. I stopped buying Intel cpus long ago and arc A750 will be my first and last Intel gpu ever.
