Hi @IshanMadusha,
Thank you for posting here in our community. To effectively diagnose and address the issue you're experiencing, I kindly ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help us isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action.
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- Which digital distribution platform did you obtain the game that is experiencing graphics issues? (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG, etc.)
- When did the issue first occur?
- Have you made any software or hardware changes to the system recently?
- Have you noticed any signs of overheating in the system?
Please be informed that this is a known issue, and our Debug team is currently investigating it. We appreciate your understanding while we work toward a resolution. I can only investigate one game title per support thread. Since this case is currently focused on Final Fantasy XVI, I kindly ask that you create a separate ticket for any issues related to Call of Duty so we can properly track and address it.
I look forward to your response and am committed to resolving your issue promptly.
Regards,
Randy T.

Hi @randy_Intel,
Thanks for your reply.
Here is the additional information you requested to assist in the investigation:
1. SSU Log
I’ve attached the full SSU log generated using Intel’s System Support Utility.
2. Game Platform
Regarding your question about the game platform — Final Fantasy XVI is not officially available for purchase in my country, Sri Lanka.
As a result, I used a backup version for testing purposes only, to evaluate how the Arc B580 GPU performs with the game.
I fully understand if this limits the scope of official support, but I’m happy to provide logs, system information, and gameplay footage to assist the debugging process if needed.
3. When the Issue Started
The issue began before driver version 101.6913 WHQL and continues to persist with the latest beta (32.0.101.6972).
Flickering and visual artifacts begin during gameplay, particularly during cutscenes or intense scenes with high lighting effects.
In some sessions, the artifacts may start after 5 minutes or even after 1 hour of gameplay, but once they appear, they continue throughout the session.
4. Recent Changes
No recent hardware changes
Clean installation of Windows 11 Home 24H2
Driver installed cleanly using DDU
BIOS and chipset drivers are fully up to date
5. Overheating Signs
No signs of overheating observed:
GPU temperatures remain under 65°C during gaming
CPU temperatures are within safe operating limits
Cooling and airflow are stable, with the following setup:
Case: Antec P20C ARGB
CPU Cooler: DeepCool Assassin IV
Thanks again for your support.
Best regards,
Ishan Madusha

Hi @IshanMadusha,
To better understand the issue, could you please clarify what you mean by playing the game using a “backup version”? Specifically, are you referring to an offline installer or a version obtained from a particular website? This information will help us investigate further and attempt to replicate the issue accurately.
Additionally, regarding the article I shared, it appears to address a different issue namely, screen discoloration. Your concern seems to be related to artifacts, which is a separate matter. I’ll need more details from you to identify the root cause of the artifacts you're experiencing.
Looking forward to your response so we can assist you further.

Hi @RandyT_Intel,
Thanks for the follow-up.
By “backup version,” I mean an offline installer from outside official regional channels, since Final Fantasy XVI isn’t sold in Sri Lanka. I use it for both playing and testing GPU performance.

Hi @IshanMadusha,
I’ll need to check internally to determine if the issue is reproducible, as I’m currently facing challenges due to it being an offline installer. I’ll get back to you with an update once I have more information.
