Hello Charkomangus,
We appreciate your patience.
We would like to let you know that we are working on a fix for this issue; the driver developer team is working under bug ID 16017953715. We need more time as further improvements for DX11 titles are on their way, unfortunately; we can't commit to an estimated time.
Since this requires more effort from us and to void duplicate efforts, we are considering closing this thread; however, we want to confirm if you agree to close the thread.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello Charkomangus,
Before closing the thread, we would like to confirm that; as we previously mentioned, the best way is to look at the driver's Release Notes, as they would highlight the fixes included. However, not all the fixes are listed though, so just keep the drivers up to date, and with Intel DSA installed, you can get the drivers as they are released.
We will now close this thread. If you need additional information, submit a new question since this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards.

I've been trying to reply for ages but this website is...peculiar.
Driver Release Notes mention nothing useful however I was able to fix it (and others issue). Turns out we all somehow had extremely low virtual memory (paging size) set and that was making applications misbehave. I am not sure if it was part of the GPU installation but I know I didn't change it.
Go ahead and close the thread but for anyone who has similar problem
- Type performance in the start menu.
- Choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.
- In the new window, go to the Advanced tab and under the Virtual memory section, click on Change.
- At the bottom of the new window, check what the Recommended value is and how it compares to Currently allocated.
- If the current setting is significantly less than the recommended, uncheck the Automatically manage paging file size for all drives box at the top of the same windows and then click on Custom size.
- Enter the Recommended value in the Initial Size box, and a larger figure in the Maximum size box.
- Click OK to save the new settings.
