Thanks for your feed back. I got it to work after installing the card three times. I think the fault lies in the MSI mother board or windows 10. I upgraded to windows 11 and it picked up the card right away.

- Is the Arc™ A770 Graphics Card an Intel Branded Card or it is of another brand?
- Was it recognized at any moment?
- To know your system environment, run and provide us with the report of the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
