Hello xshirouu
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- Take screenshots of the game settings, This will help us with the issue replication, in case we need it.
- What is the FPS average? If possible, take a video to have a visual example of the issue.
- To know your system environment, download and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

Hello xshirouu,
Thank you for your response and for all the information provided.
I see in the Intel® SSU, that there are some pending updates, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- I noticed that you are in the latest graphics driver, to check if the behavior changes, clean install it following the article How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver, then reinstall the driver version 31.0.101.4952.
- There is a newer version of the BIOS, we always recommend having the system up to date for a better performance of the graphics card, update BIOS to version F65b. For guidance, you can contact Gigabyte.
