Hello sojib,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand that when rendering a video while using adobe premiere pro and after effect, your CPU usage maximizes usage instead of your graphics card, you also currently have the latest driver installed on your system.
Rest assured, I'll do my best to help you fix this. To further investigate, please answer the following questions:
- Is Resizable Bar (ReBAR) currently enabled on BIOS?
- Was this working fine before?
- What is the manufacturer of your Intel Arc A750?
- What is the current version of your Adobe Premier?
To assist us in analyzing the details of your system and addressing the issue effectively, we kindly ask you to generate a System Support Utility (SSU) report. This report will provide us with comprehensive information about your system's configuration, helping us identify any potential incompatibilities or issues.
To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,

Hello Sojib,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon further review of the provided System Utility Log, I have noticed that your BIOS is not updated to the latest version. Ensure that your BIOS is updated so that it may benefit from the latest configurations of your Motherboard's Original Equipment Manufacturer.
Please download TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS BIOS 3621 and ensure to install it accordingly.
Additionally, please try to uninstall your current Adobe Premiere and ensure to download the latest version.
If the issue persists, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Robbie R.

Hello sojib,
To help clarify the situation, please follow these steps:
- Access the Project Settings and go to the General section to check the renderer dropdown menu. This will allow you to verify if GPU-accelerated rendering is enabled for your current project. Kindly provide a screenshot of the General page that shows the renderer settings.
- Then, navigate to Preferences and select General. Use the checkbox highlighted in the image below to enable GPU-accelerated rendering if it is currently turned off or unchecked.
- Could you specify the brand, model, and wattage of your power supply unit?
If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you.
Best Regards,

Hello sojib,
Thank you for the update. To answer your question, it means your processor is operating at its maximum capacity to finish the task. This is typically expected during rendering because rendering demands a lot of CPU power.
To help me in checking this further, please confirm the exact make and model of your power supply.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Archie D.
