I have intel UHD 770, but I am not able to make adjustments to my video picture setting through the Intel management software. Dell support says that is the way it is supposed to be, and I must make adjustments through video player. I don't believe that. Does anyone have a different experience. (This is new computer. I have used Nvidia, and that is how I would expect any graphics card to work.)

I know how to do that. The problem is that when I do it, nothing changes. The picture stays the same no matter what I do. It is getting worse, and I think the graphics card is defective. Your answer helps because it contradicts the answer from Dell customer support, which I didn't believe in the first place.

I think that I need a new graphics card. The technician said everything tested out. But if I must believe the test or my eyes, I believe my eyes.

It is a lot of hassle considering that I have no warranty with Intel. My question was about HOW the video card is SUPPOSED to work. You have not answered my question. I will continue to work with Dell to solve the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. The color settings should impact what you see on the screen unless there is a manufacturer's limitation, this is why we shared instructions on how to do it in my first post.
