hi i have a onexplayer x1 and after an update my intel arc control will no longer open

Thank you for posting in the community, I have some questions and clarification that I want to make, could you please answer the following questions below:


  1. Can you tell me what driver version did you update, is it the 32.0.101.5972 (WHQL Certified)?
  2. Also, did you perform clean installation when updating your graphics driver?
  3. Is it the Arc Control that is not opening? or your system is not opening?
  4. Can you confirm if you installed the Arc Control?

I'm not sure what driver it was there was a whole list of updates. I did get everything working. I used a ddu to clean and restart amd then clean and restart intel then plugged in my onexegpu with an oculink cable and installed amd shut it down then unplugged everything and started it back up installed intel restart then shut down and plug the egpu back in with oculink cable and everything worked

Yes haven't had a problem since and as long as I plug my oculink cable in first then power on the egpu before the X1 I have no issues at all. Thanks for all the help and follow ups I really appreciate it!!!!
