• When you mention performance issues with this game, are you referring to low FPS, stuttering, or both? If so, could you please provide CapFrameX data for this game? at the moment only in it in need for speed, yes consistently, the graphics are set to high before ultra

We’d like to let you know that performance issues with Need for Speed Heat on Intel Arc graphics cards are currently under investigation. Specifically, there are known stuttering problems when traveling across the map, as well as launch issues caused by the game’s error message system incorrectly detecting the driver as outdated. These issues have already been identified, and we’re continuing to look into them.

In the meantime, I’ll be conducting further research into this and will post an update in this thread as soon as I have more information to share.

Thank you for your patience. After reviewing your case, I recommend updating to the latest Intel® Graphics Driver version 32.0.101.8135. Please perform a clean installation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove any remnants of previous drivers or applications before installing the new version.

I still have the same problem, I didn't mention it before, but even in the menu it keeps freezing the cutscene and even the audio keeps freezing like a scratched CD.
