Hello JEG,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information here:
1) Is the game (Arena break out Infinite) and YouTube previously working well without this flickering issue are has it been this way from the start?
2) If issue only started recently, has there been aby changes before the issue started?
3) What is the graphics driver you are using?
4) Have you tried reinstalling the latest driver (32.0.101.6972) using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?
5) Are there any other applications affected by this flickering issue apart from your game (Arena break out Infinite) and YouTube?
6) Please use any 3rd party application to capture a short video showing the issue. Alternatively, you may use your phone's camera or similar.
7) Provide the following:
- PSU make/model.
- Display/Monitor make and model.
- Display configuration (Is the display connected to HDMI, DP, using straight cables or using converters/adpapers, etc.).
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

sorry for not responding in time.
i upgraded my bios and checked all drivers on my pc and made sure they were all up to date as well.
somehow it finally fixed itself. i did change out my cables as well so not really sure what exactly fixed the problem.
thank you for your time.
