i have got a new 3 fan sparkle oc gpu, at 1080p everything is as expected, Cs2 fps average of 190fps, but when i switch to 1440p i get around 50fps with a lot of stutters, im currently running a gigabyte h510m s2h v3 motherboard
2x8gb corsair vengeance ram
intel i5-11400F
and sparkle OC 12gb intel arc b580, i was just wondering wether this is an expected frame drop from 1080p to 1440p, it only happens on cs2 out of all the games that ive tested

Hi AlfieAlex,

Thank you for posting in the Community!

Please share more details so I can assist you effectively.

  • Driver Updates: Have you ensured that all your drivers, especially the GPU drivers, are up to date? Please specify the driver version currently installed.

  • Game Settings: Are you using the same graphics settings for both 1080p and 1440p? Higher resolutions can significantly impact performance, especially if settings like anti-aliasing, shadows, and textures are set to high.

  • Power Settings: Are your power settings configured for maximum performance? Sometimes, power-saving modes can limit the performance of your components.

  • Game Updates: Have you checked if there are any recent updates or patches for CS2 that might address performance issues? Sometimes, game developers release updates to optimize performance
