xess not working in ratchet and clank

When raytraced reflections are turned on XeSS does not resolve the reflections properly. the reflections turn into a shimmery mess.

May I know when the issue started? Does the issue happen the first time that you play Ratchet and Clank?


Is it possible that you can share a video of the exact issue that you are experiencing? So, I can better visualize the problem.


And also, what steps have you taken to troubleshoot the issue? This will help me to prevent providing you with the same troubleshooting steps.


Lastly, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, complete model of your system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
