Please note that it is necessary to check if the motherboard or laptop met the requirements, since the High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology is embedded on the integrated graphics controller (iGPU).

 

Could you please answer the following questions? 

 

  • Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me? 
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue? 
  • Could you provide screenshots of the issue so I can clearly see what’s happening?

Unfortunately, adding dynamic range adjustment directly to Arc Control isn't possible at the moment. However, you can easily enable this feature by downloading the Intel Graphics Control Center (IGCC).
