   Ans: Yes, individual control options like 3D settings management helps to render fast in online games (example : PUBG/COD ) .. and Real-time on-screen monitoring help to monitor the performence of GPU/CPU without installing external software

Kindly check the answers I've got for your requested features to be added to Intel® Arc Control.

First of all, I would like to share the transition from the Intel Graphics Control Panel (released with legacy graphics drivers) to Intel Graphics Command Center to Intel Arc Control to Intel® Graphics Software (latest software that installs along with the latest ARC graphics drivers). For the Screen capture and video recording feature request:

Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and it’s feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third party software today like OBS, Steam, Windows Game Bar, and others. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.

For the Real-time on-screen monitoring (performance overlay) feature request:

Performance Overlay is a priority feature for Intel Graphics Software (IGS), and we’ll continue to add more features like it into Intel Graphics Software in the future. We want to make sure the experience, supported games and overall quality for our Performance Overlay is right for our end users before launching it.

This feature was removed from IGCC and not showing on Arc control as a feature available, however, this feature is integrated into all 3D design applications to enhance any kind of professional 3D work.  Check the app or games in order to confirm the options for 3D.
