Apex legends keeps crashing on latest drivers

The game does run for a short while, but when i click on continue to lobby it crashes, i did try to rollback to the drivers that was working but i barely cant play since there was a lot a visual bugs and cant see anything much, trees branches are glowing BRIGHT RED and cant see nothing much

Has anyone tried to launch apex legends this days? i cant get pass the loading screen to go to lobby

  1. What is the model of the Graphics controller?
  2. May I know how you installed the latest driver?
  3. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?

1. Intel Arc A750
2. I installed the latest driver through Intel® Driver & Support Assistant .8737
3. tried to verify integrity file in steam, tried re installing game, decided to rollback to old drivers way back cause i saw a thread that .8331 works so i download it and works however fps not stable.

3. tried verify files integrity, tried reinstalling apex on steam, decided to roll back to an old drivers way back cause i saw a thread that version .8331 works and its works but fps not stable, but no visual bugs.

did the DDU and install latest drivers 32.0.101.8737 and apex run but still have visual bugs

Before we proceed. let me inform you that we can only support 1 issue per thread.

You have mentioned multiple issue since the thread was created. Crashing, visual bugs and low FPS.


Please tell me which issue we should focus on this thread for me to gather the necessary data because I may need to simulate this in our lab.

Visual bugs

Since i did the DDU and installed the latest driver. So far no more crashes and fps is stable, just those visual bugs

Mainly two maps i played in
Broken moon and
Olympus have those visual bugs ("haven't played kings canyon yet")

Shooting range does not have those visual bugs for some reason
