Arc A380 stuck at PCIe Gen1 ×1 under Linux

Szanowni Państwo z Działu Wsparcia Intela,

Zwracam się do Państwa w związku z uporczywym problemem z kartą graficzną Intel Arc A380 w systemie Linux, gdzie prędkość łącza PCIe zatrzymuje się na Gen1 ×1 pomimo prawidłowej konfiguracji sprzętu i BIOS-u.

Konfiguracja mojego systemu obejmuje:

• Płyta główna : ASUS PRIME Z690-P D4
• Gniazdo : PCIEX16(G5), podłączone bezpośrednio do procesora
• BIOS : włączone dekodowanie powyżej 4G, włączony Re-Size BAR, wyłączony CSM, gniazdo PCIe wymuszone na Gen4
• System operacyjny : Proxmox VE 8 (jądro 6.14), testowany również z Zorin OS Live
• Flagi GRUB : pci=pcie_bus_safe pciehp.pciehp_force=1 pci=realloc=on i915.force_probe=56A0

Pomimo tych ustawień, GPU konsekwentnie negocjuje tylko Gen1 ×1:

LnkCap: Prędkość 2,5 GT/s, Szerokość x1 LnkSta: Prędkość 2,5 GT/s, Szerokość x1 Wyrównanie kompletne-

Przejrzałem artykuł pomocy technicznej nr 000094587 , w którym opisano ten problem. Czy mógłby Pan potwierdzić, czy problem został rozwiązany w najnowszych aktualizacjach oprogramowania sprzętowego, sterowników lub jądra?

Czy istnieje dodatkowo jakaś zalecana metoda wymuszenia ponownego szkolenia łącza PCIe w systemie Linux dla procesorów graficznych Arc?

Since you're running Proxmox VE 8, please also verify you have the appropriate Intel Arc drivers installed, as most Linux distributions include Intel graphics drivers that are maintained by the distribution vendors.
