PC Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i5 14490F
GPU: Intel Arc B580
GPU Driver Version: 32.0.101.8509
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2666MT/s
OS: Windows 11 25H2
Game runs at 1080p on the highest graphics.
Problem:
The textures in Carrier Command 2 are rendered incorrectly. Every texture in the game that should be pixelated is blurry.
Below is a screenshot of main menu with the rendering bug.
And this is what it should look like.
I contacted game support regarding the rendering issue, and here is their response.
"the game does specify "nearest point sampling" for these textures. However, your graphics driver is ignoring this and rendering with "bilinear sampling".
This is non-compliant with the OpenGL spec and is a graphics driver bug.
Unfortunately this kind of problem is becoming more common with Intel and AMD where they keep introducing new OpenGL bugs. They do usually fix them eventually but we don't have contact details or access to request fixes from them."
The game used to run well on my old PC with UHD 610 integrated graphics until I installed a DG1 discrete graphics, and the same issue also appeared on my new PC with an Arc B580 GPU. By the way, another user also reported the bug with an Arc A770 GPU.
Thanks for reading through this. I hope the issue can be fixed soon.

Hello Ronakas,
Thank you for the update.
I need to further investigate this issue and try this one in our lab.
Before that, please help generate the SSU of your system for me to check the hardware and driver installed.
please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:
How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
Note:
- Please update the BIOS of your motherboard first before generating the SSU for complete functionality because I may also recommend it if the BIOS is not updated in the SSU.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
