Arc Control Performance-Telemetry Overlay: Feature Request

Hi,

both handy & very useful, if you could - amongst other things - implement the following:

* FPS counter

* API info (eg. indicator if game is running @vulkan, or dx9,dx10,11,12)

* custom high-dpi scaling factors (by default, it's too big and gets in the way sometimes, maybe because windows desktop is set to DPI 150%... same goes for the entire arc control panel overlay)

I second the motion, we do need FPS counter and related info in the Intel Performance Telemetry.
