I bought Intel Arc B580 and installed on Maxsun Z790 with 13600kf, and I am expieriencing a glitch that is very easy to reproduce. I am sure that I installed the latest driver and there is nothing wrong with other hardware.
When I am playing World of Warships, it look that everything is just the same, the game runs perfectly without latency, 4k resolution with 120 fps under maximum image quality. When I enter a battle every thing look the same as in harbour. But when I open the scope the fps would drop to about 3/4, from around 120fps to 30fps, and return to 120fps once I quit the scope mode. I have a notebook with U7 358H installed with latest driver and I am very sure that this is not going to happen on it or any other videocard including Arc A750 that I played with this game. I sincerely recommmand the support team to take a look into this issue.

Its a known issue, you need to turn off screen space reflections in the graphics settings.
