Hi guys would like some help if possible
Got a Arc A310LP For transcoding As its a beast for that now the problem is last working driver that works is 32.0.101.8331 anything newer as this will result in an error 43 state. tested the very latest one as well same result
this little guy is in a machine that does not have ReBar Support its in a dell R720 been working 100% fine on last years drivers with only an occasional bsod need full power down and power up before it will run as normal Drivers is not so friendly in that regard.
if no display plugged in then it will not bsod but i do have a headless dongle installed so some software can use the gpu if needs be.
Operating system in question is Windows Server 2025 STD With 256GB ram and 512GB NVMe
Not sure if im missing something on the driver side but no driver so far after 32.0.101.8331 will even work always error 43

Hello Aokiji,
Thank you for posting your query on the Intel Community Forum.
I appreciate the thorough information you shared about the behaviour you’re seeing with your Intel® Arc A310LP. I understand how inconvenient the Error 43 and driver limitations can be, especially since the system was previously functioning on driver version 32.0.101.8331. We appreciate the time you took to test multiple drivers and share your findings.
After reviewing your environment, I would like to clarify that Windows Server 2025, used on your Dell R720 system, is not included in the list of officially supported operating systems for Intel® Arc™ Graphics. This is likely the main reason newer drivers are failing to load and resulting in Error 43.
Officially supported operating systems include:
- Windows® 10 64-bit 22H2 or newer
- Windows 11* 64-bit
- Confirm the Operating System is using the GPT partition type:
- For Windows 11, this mode is configured by default.
- For Windows 10, the partition type can be converted if installed with an MBR partition type.
- Refer to the Microsoft Tool & Guide for more information.
- Ubuntu* 22.04 or newer
For configurations not listed in this guide, there may be performance or stability issues. We recommend updating to one of the configurations listed for optimal performance with Intel® Arc™ Graphics.
For more details on supported configurations, you can refer to:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091128/graphics/intel-arc-dedicated-gra…
Additionally, you may try the troubleshooting steps in the following article to address Error Code 43:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000038287/graphics.html
These steps may help, but please note that full driver compatibility cannot be guaranteed on unsupported operating systems.
Thank you again for your patience, cooperation, and the effort you’ve put into diagnosing the issue. Please feel free to share any updates or questions, we’re here to support you.
Best regards,
CM
