CS2 Fps stuck

I’m having an issue in CS2 where my FPS suddenly locks between 70-90 middle of the game, even though I normally get around 200-120 FPS. It happens randomly during matches and stays stuck until I return to main menu or weirdly when I click tab+mouse1 

 

My specs:

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-9600K
  • GPU: Intel ARC B580 12GB
  • RAM: 32GB DDR4 2400MHz
  • Monitor: MSI Optix G24C4 1080p 144Hz
  • Motherboard: MSI H310M Pro-M2
  • ReBAR: Enabled

 

I’ve already tried reinstalling drivers, DDU, checking V-Sync and frame caps, and verifying game files.
