Call of Duty Modern Warfare III Complete Rendering Faliure

So I recently bought the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III off of Steam, and ever since I installed it the game has refused to render correctly. In every game mode (multiplayer, campaign, zombies) when I enter the actual game only certain parts of the environment, my HUD, and particle effects seem to be rendered. This issue makes the game  completely unplayable and I saw at  least one other instance in these forums of someone having the exact same issue with the same card. I will attach a screenshot from in game along with writing down my full PC specs. 

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 1400F
GPU: Intel ARC B580 OC
Motherboard: MSI Pro B760M-P
Storage device holding the game: Crucial 1TB SSD
RAM: 16 GB DDR4

I would also like to mention that I have already made sure I'm on the latest drivers, and I have already tried verifying the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely, doing a clean reinstall of my drivers and none of that has fixed this issue.
