Não consigo abrir a central de comandos gráfico intel, já atualizei drivers, reseitei o windows e nada.

Estou em um ideapad s145 (81s90003br) drivers gráfico Intel® UHD Graphics 620 versão do drive 31.0.101.2115

To avoid potential installation incompatibilities, we recommend that you check first with your computer manufacturer and use the driver software provided by them.

I suggest downloading the drivers for your laptop here on your OEM website:

Apply clean installation of the graphics driver as well:
