Display abnormal issue when playing Monster Hunter: Wilderness

Image_1780374387683_457.jpgAfter I updated the graphics card driver to version 32.0.101.8801 yesterday, significant display errors appeared when launching Monster Hunter: Wilderness. The game's frame rate and performance are fine, but I can't resolve this issue. I tried adjusting the game's graphics and resolution scaling features, but this color block error and character edge error still cannot be improved.

Hello heyandhi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

  • Are you using a Laptop or Desktop? If laptop, what is the exact model of it?
  • Have you tried using the OEM driver for testing?
  • Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  • Is the Resizable Bar enabled? For Arc Graphics
  • Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Which gaming platform did you use to download the game? Or playing the game.

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

Dear Brenzl

I am happy to receive your reply.MY GPU is Arc b580,and CPU is intel-13400f with 32g memory.First of all, this problem accompanies the game all the time, appearing both in the menu and in the game. Then, I only run it on the Steam platform, and I am using Intel's official driver. Finally, I had long adjusted the bar, but did not reinstall the driver. Unfortunately, after trying to no avail, I have uninstalled the game and hope that the next driver update will improve things. So I may not be able to provide data on the game's performance. Below is my ssu text, hope this will be helpfull.

Hello heyandhi,

I hope you are doing well.

To proceed with further troubleshooting and isolate the issue, could you please confirm if you have tested with the newer driver version 32.0.101.8826 using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) prior to installing the updated driver?

If not, we kindly recommend performing a clean driver installation using DDU, and then installing the latest driver version.

Please let us know the results after completing these steps so we can assist you further if needed.
