Please proceed with reinstalling the latest driver version 32.0.101.6653 for Intel® Arc™ B-Series Graphics following instructions using the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
If the issue persists, please proceed with the same steps using DDU, however this time using driver version 32.0.101.6559 (WHQL Certified) for Intel® Arc™ B-Series

HI Jeanette:
Yes, once I used DDU, the release note disappear.
Howeverm when I updated latest version of driver without using DDU, clicking the tab of release note will still crash.
