I am a desktop computer with Windows 11 26H1, a B580 graphics card, and driver version 8531. I haven't changed any settings. There are several issues:
1. The driver configuration page cannot scan games in XGP and cannot add them manually.
2. Unable to open Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2.
3. When opening Tencent Games (Counterattack: Future), it opens in windowed mode and settings cannot be saved, but gameplay is normal.
Hello Otakumonarch,
Thank you for responding back. For clarity, which specific game issue would you like us to prioritize since we focus on one problem per discussion thread.
With that said, kindly download and install our System Support Utility tool so we can better understand your system's configuration. To get the tool, please visit Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Hello, according to what you said, I downloaded SSU and obtained the files. As for the issue that needs to be prioritized, it should be (Unable to open Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2.) The game crashes immediately; now after the anti-cheat is loaded, the game window appears but the content is completely black, then crashes without any error.
Hello Otakumonarch,
Thank you for providing the requested file. I would kindly then request some time to further investigate this concern and explore your situation.

The problem still exists. Your card is good, but I hope you continue to work on the software and Xess super-resolution.
Hello Otakumonarch,
Thank you for verifying that you utilized DDU. Not to worry, we are continuously working to enhance the graphics card software to prevent major issues from occurring in the future.
Concerning the crash problems you reported with Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2, would you be able to provide us with a complete crash dump? Please refer to this link: Generate a kernel or complete crash dump - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn
That being said, I understand you haven't used the previous driver version 32.0.101.8135, but could you possibly test it so we can confirm if the crash problem in Warhammer: 40000 Space Marine 2 persists? You can download the driver here Intel® Arc™ Graphics - Windows*

Hello, this is the dump file I obtained, but I don't know if it's correct. Then I downloaded and installed the 8135 driver, and with this driver I can play normally. I still used DDU before installing it.
Hello Otakumonarch,
Thank you for sharing the crash dump files. This is actively being investigated at the moment, rest assured I will keep you informed with updates as they become available.
