Dune Awakening game crash

Hello,
I have a problem with Arc A750 and Dune Awakening.

I have constant crashes, sometimes during gameplay, but most often in armor customization menu.
I already tried with integrity of game files through Steam, updating graphic driver and complete game and system reinstall.

My configuration is:
Arc A750

B550

32GB ram

Any help would be fine.

This looks like a stability issue between Dune: Awakening and current Arc drivers. Try the following:

Update to the latest Intel Arc driver (or roll back to 538x) if crashes started recently.

Disable XeSS or other upscaling options — these can cause instability.

Run the game in DirectX 11 mode (-dx11 launch option).

Check that Resizable BAR is enabled in BIOS.

Ensure Windows and BIOS are fully updated.

If crashes persist, submit a report via Intel Graphics Command Center → Feedback, including crash logs.

It’s likely a driver compatibility issue Intel is already reviewing for Arc GPUs.

It is happening since august, so no new driver options did any good.

But i can try to disable upscale, so i will let you know.

I guess that this helped.
I really hope that you will fix this, because XeSS upscale looks best in my opinion.
