Hello @Mkneves ! Thank you so much for providing that SSU scan. It’s very helpful for us to get a clear picture of what’s happening under the hood.
Looking closely at the logs you shared, we can see that your system is currently using Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics. While this is a great integrated chip for many tasks, these two specific games have very high technical demands due to recent engine updates.
Game Compatibility Check
- Hunt: Showdown 1896 (Official Steam Link)
- The minimum system requirements for this title are an NVIDIA GTX 1650 Super or AMD Radeon RX 5500 XT (4GB VRAM), with a recommended setup of an RTX 2060 Super or AMD 6600 XT (8GB VRAM).
- No More Room in Hell 2 (Official Steam Link)
- The minimum requirements list a GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB), Radeon RX 570 (4GB), or Intel Arc 580, while the recommended specs suggest a GeForce RTX 2070 (8 GB) or Radeon RX 5700 XT (8 GB).
Because your Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics is an integrated solution, it unfortunately doesn't meet the minimum hardware-level requirements (specifically the dedicated VRAM and Shader Model support) needed to launch these high-performance games correctly.
As a quick friendly reminder for the future, to give you the most focused help possible, we can provide support for only one game per discussion thread.
Also, as you mentioned that your system meets the game’s minimum requirements, I just wanted to gently clarify one point. While your processor is supported and the Intel Iris Xe graphics is technically compatible, the available VRAM may not be sufficient since it is an integrated GPU. The game’s requirements specifically recommend a dedicated GPU for the best experience.
We really appreciate your patience and for being such an active part of the Intel community!
Warm regards,

Hello @Mkneves !
I just wanted to follow up and check in with you regarding the information we shared earlier.
We completely understand how disappointing it can be when a game you’re excited to play does not launch as expected, especially after taking the time to troubleshoot everything carefully. Thank you again for your patience and for providing the detailed system information - it truly helped us investigate the situation more thoroughly.
At this point, based on the game requirements and the hardware currently detected on your system, it does appear that the behavior is related to the graphics limitations of the integrated Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics when handling these newer, more demanding game engines.
That said, game developers continue to release updates and optimizations over time, so we always recommend keeping both your graphics drivers and the games themselves fully updated. You may also want to check directly with the game developers to see whether they plan additional optimization or support for integrated graphics solutions in future patches.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and your participation in the Intel Community. If you ever have questions about another title or need assistance with Intel graphics features, drivers, or performance tuning, we’ll always be happy to help.
Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for being part of the community!
Warm regards,
Manas Sharma
