Hello Arvind3,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.
1. Does the pixelated screen appear only in Apex Legends or other games too?
2. How long into gameplay does it typically appear?
3. Does the issue happen immediately at game launch or after playing for a while?
4. Did you make any recent changes to the system before the issue appeared today?
5. Which digital distribution platform are you using? (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)
6. Kindly share the exact game settings you are using.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Hi,
So far I've seen mostly seen it in Apex Legends. there were some graphic issues when i was playing Hogwarts legacy it also sometimes pixalated and Assassin's Creed Shadows also had some graphics issue but not pixelated.
In Apex Legends, whenever i get into a match it appears pixelated. I reverted back to older version of the driver; it solved some problem but not entirely. still some pixalted apears not as much as the previous picture i uploaded but its still there. i am on steam platform.
I am uploading SSU report below.

Hi Arvind3,
Thank you for providing the SSU file. After reviewing it, I noticed that the BIOS version on your system is quite outdated. Please try installing the latest BIOS version 7E80v1A40. If the issue continues after the update, please let me know and I’ll investigate further.
Best regards

Hi,
I updated my BIOS, as you mentioned. But unfortunately it still didn't fix the issue.

Hi Arvind3,
Thank you for taking the time to update the BIOS. Since the issue is still occurring, I will continue investigating further. To help with the replication I will be conducting, may I know which digital distribution platform you are using? Additionally, could you please share the steps you follow to recreate the issue?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards

Hi,
I’m playing the game on the Steam platform. There aren’t many steps involved — I just launch the game and queue for a match.
When the match loads, I notice the following issues:
On one map, I see red and blue pixel artifacts on the map World edge.
On the Broken map, the floor textures appear heavily pixelated.
The third map I tested seems fine.
I’ve already shared my in-game graphics settings previously.
Thank you

Hi,
I am experiencing a graphics issue in Apex Legends while using Intel integrated graphics.
When I install the latest graphics driver, the gameplay becomes worse. On the World’s Edge map, I get large red and blue pixelated textures, and the issue is very noticeable and not playable at all.
Because of this, I rolled back to an older driver version. With the older driver, the large red and blue artifacts are gone, so performance is more stable. However, I still experience a pixelated or broken floor texture on the map.
Thank you

Hello @Arvind3
There has been a new driver release, version 101.8860, that appears to resolve this issue. Would you please perform a clean install on the most recent graphics driver and let me know if it resolves your issue?
