Hi Zalim,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. Thank you too also for providing your full system specifications, to assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

  • Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
  • When did the issue start? Was it after a specific driver update or game patch?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  • Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
  • Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
  • Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?

I would also like to obtain 3 CapFrameX log to thoroughly analyze the FPS performance. Kindly ensure that the game would run for a minimum of 3 minutes each.

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Best regards,

Hello Hero Yuki S.

Before I bought the B580, I had an AMD RX6600XT.
I played this game often and never had any problems.

Due to the purchase of a new SSD, I installed a completely clean Windows 11 system.

This problem even occurs in the game menu. There's constant movement in the background, and even here, everything is noticeably jerky.

After launching a mission or a short game against an AI opponent, these jerks continue.

This happens constantly.

Any graphics settings don't change anything.
The jerking continues.

I have tried these driver versions 32.0.101.8331 and 32.0.101.8509

I've attached screenshots of the settings below.
I've also included a couple of screenshots from the game menu, so you can see the constant movement in the background.

Hello!

I performed a clean driver installation using DDU as described in the article. Nothing changed.
After that, I recorded three CapFrameX logs, each lasting over three minutes.

I use the Steam client to download and run the game.

The problem arose immediately with the B580 graphics card.
Everything else I play works fine.

I have tried older versions of drivers but the problem persists.

A clean installation of Windows 11 was also done.

I don't use any overclocking or anything.

Thanks for your help

Good afternoon, guys.

Thank you for your honesty, I appreciate it. I'm very upset.
This game was released on Steam on March 7, 2024.
It's the best RTS game right now. It's played by a huge number of players online.
As far as I understand, the chances of you fixing this bug are zero.

Then I have some questions:

Why didn't you just say you weren't going to work on this issue?

Why did I send you these files and screenshots?

Why did you even ask me questions about this game if you weren't going to do anything about it?

I've done a lot of testing and manipulation, I've tested many versions of graphics drivers. Why?

Now I don't know what to do with this video card. I'll test it with other games and then decide whether to keep it or sell it.

I spent a lot of time on this, but there is no result.
You just closed the thread.
I'm very upset.

Intel. I'm very angry.

Please answer the questions I asked.
Why did all this happen?
You already had all the information to address this issue a year ago. The forum member tried a bunch of drivers.
The problem still hasn't been resolved.

What's wrong with you?

Hello

After researching gaming forums, I also discovered that the game engine is running at 30 frames per second. This is normal.
