Glitch when opening up intel Graphics Software

I just updated my graphics card and rebooted after the installation was finish. 

When I open up the Intel Graphics Software, I noticed a glitch. 

Intel should roll out a new update and fix this error. Please see the attached video clip.

Now the icons in the task bar is glitching too!!!
