I know there are already a few reports about this problem, but maybe it helps if there will be another report.
I got the same problem as many Intel Arc user. Le Mans Ultimate keeps on crashing when I try to join an online race, doesn´t matter if its practice, Qualifying or Race. I already tried at least everything I could find, from turning mirrors off in the ingame settings, verifying gamefiles, clean install of Le Mans Ultimate and the Intel driver, running steam and LMU as administrator, disabling firewall and surely a few other things I found while searching about this problem...
Since I at least haven´t heard of a driver that makes it possible for us to play this game apart from the .6262 driver which I DIDN´T try as I still wanna have some fps if it works and don´t want to watch a slideshow of 3 fps or whatever it would be.
When I try to join a race, the loading screen appears and the game loads to 100%. Then it takes like half a minute for me to make my screen flicker a bit and then I see the Pits for 20-30 seconds. After that the game freezes completely and closes without an error message and just the LMU Bug Report tool.
System is:
Intel Arc B580
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
AsRock X570 Phantom gaming 4
16GB DDR4 (2133MHz)
Windows 11 pro.
I hope that maybe one day, we finally get a driver that works and up to that point... im more than ready to at least try and help the Intel guys with whatever file they need...
thanks for the help...

Hello ANDIDT,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.
1. Is the issue isolated to Le Mans Ultimate?
2. Which game distribution platform are you using?
3. Have you done a clean installation of the latest driver version 32.0.101.8331 using DDU?
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate a complete copy of the System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards

Hey there,
Sorry for the late answer, I don´t know why but for me it just popped up today.
Up to that point the issue is completely isolated to Le Mans Ultimate and even there it´s only the online races that don´t work.
I´m playing it on Steam and I just checked with using DDU, the issue is still there. If it helps I can also make a clip and post it here, maybe you can see more there than I can, even though it´s just a loading screen with a game crash that won´t even give me a error code.
I also did the SSU, file will be next.
Thanks for the fast response, even tho it took a while to be shown for me.

Can confirm this issue:
Game keeps crashing after loading to 100%, before getting to the track.
Tried multiple times with practice session on my B580 with driver v8331 (installed using DDU uninstall of previous driver).
It's an isolated issue with LMU.
System: Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, 32GB DDR5-8000 RAM, Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition, Windows 11
SSU Report is attached.
There's an extensive thread on the LMU forums about Intel Arc troubles, maybe that helps identifying the issue.
