Analyze following images :
since Graphic Driver version 101.6790 , integrated Graphic software's graphic section has not been working for each subsequent releases up to latest one, all releases were updated by the software itself or by the : Intel driver & support Assistance tool as below
This is how the Intel Graphic Software's graphic looks like now :
Can you help me to fix these issues because I lost my settings to graphic configuration ?
Is this something common, or is this specifically came up with my machine?
If you need additional data, I can co-operate.
Looking forward to hearing for you a robust solution ASAP.
(Earlier versions and old ones were working under Arc graphics driver setup, from this year mid I am facing this issue with new driver software.)
Thanks

Hello Buddhika_C_,
Thank you for your response and providing the SSU logs. To help resolve your issue, kindly follow the steps below:
Download the Latest Graphics Driver
- Intel® 11th – 14th Gen Processor Graphics - Windows* - 32.0.101.7082 (Latest)
Execute a Clean Installation During Driver Installation
1. Click the .exe to initiate the driver installation.
2. Agree to the Intel Software License Agreement.
3. Click the checkbox to Execute a clean installation.
○ A clean installation removes all old drivers and restores Intel settings to the default value
4. Click Start to begin the install.
5. Reboot the system if prompted.
After doing all the steps above, could you please let me know how it went?
I will wait for your response.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello Buddhika_C_,
I understand that the same issue still persists after doing a clean installation. Regarding the requested logs, I checked whether the graphics driver is up to date. For further troubleshooting, could you please uninstall the Intel Graphics Software and the Intel Graphics Command Center? After uninstalling both applications, please proceed with the steps below:
I kindly suggest you try to reinstall the driver by using the Display Driver Uninstaller. Kindly see the instructions below:
- Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) < software and extract the file.
- Open DDU ****.exe and run the extract program.
- Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)
- Go to the DDU extract path and double-click the Display Driver Uninstaller.exe to open DDU.
- Click Close in the Options window.
- Select device type to GPU and select device to INTEL.
- Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs
- Wait for the software to finish the process and auto-reboot Windows to the normal mode or shut down.
After the steps above, please update your graphics driver to the latest version once again. Please let me know if the issue still persists after doing all the steps.
Best regards,
Kenneth B.

Hello Buddhika_C_,
Thank you for the update. Since using DDU and reinstalling did not resolve the issue, I recommend trying the OEM-provided graphics driver from the following link: Product Support - SF313-53G | Acer United States. OEM drivers are often customized for your specific system and may provide better compatibility and stability compared to generic drivers.
Please let me know if installing the OEM driver changes the results. I will wait for your response so I can assist you further.

Hello Buddhika_C_,
I’m contacting you on behalf of my colleague Kenneth. This behavior is expected for 11th-generation platforms. We’re actively working on a comprehensive list of supported features for this generation, which will be included in an upcoming release. In the meantime, please continue using the stable driver and check back later for new driver versions that may address this issue, as compatibility also requires coordination with the system manufacturer.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Hello Buddhika_C_,
Thank you for your follow-up. At this time, there are no specific dates available for the release of the fix. Our development team is actively working on improvements, and future driver updates will include enhanced support for your platform.
For now, I recommend continuing to use the stable driver version that works for your system and periodically checking the Intel Download Center for new releases.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Hi Kenneth,
Can I request development team to put their attention to following request as well :
Even though I updated the intel graphic driver(assume 36.0) via intel setup when the Windows update hits Microsoft automatically downgrade the graphic card driver to something like 27.0 without my intervene, so can you request the Intel graphic driver setup/development team to add a utility to disable this windows updates especially on Intel graphi driver like an option and also if they detect graphic driver by microsoft windows update try to revert-reset and update freshly everything via Intel Graphic setup automatically.
This windows automatic intel graphic card update is such bizzare and headache situation always I had to run intel graphic setup again and again, I suspect this windows update intel driver causing this issue
Thanks, wish you all happy new year

Hello Buddhika_C_,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and suggestion regarding Windows automatically downgrading the Intel graphics driver after updates. I understand how frustrating this can be, and I appreciate your detailed explanation.
I will forward your request to the team for consideration. Your idea to include an option in Intel Graphics setup to disable Windows driver updates and automatically restore the latest Intel driver if downgraded is noted.
Is there anything else you would like us to assist you with regarding your current installation issue or driver behavior?
Best regards,
Kenneth B.

Hi Buddhika_C_,
Thank you for your patience while we investigated your concern.
After further review, we’ve confirmed that this behavior is expected on Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, as IGS features are not supported, which results in a blank page.
Since no additional action is required from our side, we will proceed to close this thread. Please note that once closed, this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. If you need further assistance, kindly create a new thread so we can support you accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
