Hello Dhyan12s,
The settings for PCI Express L1 Sub-states can vary depending on the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). OEMs may customize BIOS/UEFI settings to optimize power management and performance for their specific hardware configurations. As a result, the availability and configuration of PCI Express L1 Sub-states can differ between systems from different manufacturers.
These sub-states are part of the PCI Express power management features designed to reduce power consumption when the device is idle. OEMs might enable or disable these settings based on the design goals of the system, such as prioritizing energy efficiency or performance.
If you are not able to locate the settings or need specific information about how these settings are configured on your system, it's best to consult the documentation provided by your OEM (Gigabyte) or check the BIOS/UEFI settings directly.
