Me and the other users of Intel Arc GPUs have incountered the same problem in the game called "Mouthwashing", the first problem appears in the main menu: laying body on the bed is covered in some type of visual artifacts, firstly i thought that its just the game's graphic style, but soon I will know for sure that its not. After starting the game we are presented with opening cutscene after which the whole screen turns blue and then almost complitely white (important thing: the HUD, pause menu and invertory screen is not affected). after long and painful 20 minutes I finally played through the first minute of gameplay and was able to move (first moments of gameplay is based around some kind of controll deck and player needs to press some buttons there, but its quite hard when your screen is almost complitely white) I i figured something out. this "white screen" appears when you face the lightning source. When I walked away from all the monitores and stuff I was able to see the textures clearly and the "white screen" started to look more like colorful artifacts and dead pixels. My guess is that Intel gpus have a bad time working with some kind of lightning shader or some kind of ray tracing in this game. I've provided a screenshots for all of you to see. If you think you know how to deal with this problem I would really appreciate any help, I really just want to play the game and not reconsidering my life choises after buying Intel GPU

Hi Sandpiper,
First thanks for posting in the community, to further investigate this siutaion that you are encountering I would like to ask some few questions. Please see the following question below:
- Where did you download the game?
- What graphics driver version do you currently have?
- Can you tell me your Graphics Card model?
- Is this the first time it has happened, or has it happened before?
- Could you please share a screenshot of your game settings?
- Did you perform a clean installation when installing the driver?
- Have you tried rolling back the driver?
Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows

The white screen after the intro in Mouthwashing points to a serious issue with Arc GPU compatibility. Even with updates, it’s still not fixed, which really affects user trust and gameplay. A quick and proper fix from Intel is needed.
