Based on your post, it is best to coordinate this with our team for further investigation. Before I do so, It would be a great help if you share the latest SSU log file. Please download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt).

Hello YamaZahir,
I requested to get an SSU log file since the last time you submitted one, was before the last recommendation shared (from your last community post), which you mentioned did not fix the issue. I would like to know if there were changes from the last driver installation/update until today.
I have been waiting for an update on this issue so I can check on how to proceed with the next steps if still needed. However, I have not heard from you for the past few days, so I will proceed in closing this thread.
Should you need assistance in the future, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
