Hello ArtemkaHerokabo,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
I understand that you seek information on how to increase the FPS on your device and for me to address this properly, please share the information below.
1. Are you trying to play a game?
2. What average FPS are you getting?
3. Have you contacted the OEM about this?
Additionally, to better understand your system's configuration, we kindly request that you download the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. You can find the download link here: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jed G.

- Спасибо, Джед, за ответ! Буду рад любой помощи с вашей стороны.
- I will answer your questions:
1. Yes, I played games and watched a video review on the device, the video shows the same model and the games fly on medium settings. But for some reason I can't get the fps as in the reviews. - 2. It gives 40-50 fps and even then they are not stable.
- 3. OEM Manufacturer does not answer my questions, does not provide specifics. Does not even answer anymore. =(

Hi ArtemkaHerokabo
The performance of frames per second (FPS) while engaging in activities such as browsing the web or playing video games is linked to the overall specifications of your system. Several factors can contribute to a reduction in FPS, which can be broadly categorized into hardware limitations, software issues, and settings related to in-game or browser configurations.
I can recommend that you try our latest graphics driver version 32.0.101.6559 and use DDU. Should you observe the same issue, please let me know.
Best regards,
Jed G.

Hello, at the moment I have downloaded everything you have described above. I am afraid about DDU, if you have any recommendations for this utility. Because I am a teapot in this topic. =(

Hello ArtemkaHerokabo,
Regarding the use of DDU, I've attached a link to guide you through the process, ensuring clarity and ease of use. Additionally, could you please let me know which game you are playing and share the video review link you mentioned earlier?
For further troubleshooting, you can also follow the steps below.
1. Adjust the In-Game settings
2. Close any background applications
3. Update Windows
4. Ensure that the laptop is not overheating
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jed G.
