Good morning, I've attached the SSU log files and videos. This game is well optimized. My Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition 16GB graphics card should be outperforming an RTX 4060 by 3%. Therefore, my graphics card should be able to run it without any problems at Ultra 2K quality without experiencing the performance drops. And I don't even want to talk about ray tracing because it's awful.

Remember that it's a 30-second video, but to give you an idea of the performance I get

Are the performance drops consistent, or do they occur randomly during gameplay? It makes it constant

Have you tried adjusting any in-game settings or enabling features like Resizable BAR? Yes

Game graphics options: Quality Ultra Resolution 2K

So, that's all. I wish you a Merry Christmas Eve and a Merry Christmas, and may all your wishes come true.

Good morning, here's a summary. I'm going to send you videos that last 1 minute and 45 seconds, enough to see how the performance drops.

Are the performance drops consistent, or do they occur randomly during gameplay? It makes it constant and random

My Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition graphics card should at least reach 90 or 100 FPS at native 1440p ultra settings, surpassing the RTX 4060. Thanks to its 16GB of VRAM, it's perfectly capable. I'll share videos, a benchmark report, and screenshots. I hope that with all of this, I can report the issue, and I hope that 2026 will be better for everyone, because we still have a lot of games waiting to be reported.

Hello addelucas123,

After completing our investigation, we recommend performing the following steps to help resolve the issue:

  1. Update the BIOS to the latest version available for your motherboard. You may visit ROG STRIX Z590-F GAMING WIFI. You may also contact the motherboard manufacturer for assistance regarding the BIOS update.
  2. Perform a clean driver installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before reinstalling the latest graphics driver.

Please let us know if you need guidance on these steps or encounter any issues during the process.
