Rebar won't Turn on

When I go to the BIOS it and I turn off the CSM support. I boot up and it wont give me a display out but I can hear windows boot up in my headset.

Additionally, please let me know:

  • I have tried using display Port and HDMI they both have the same result 
  • I just built this pc and when i booted it up rebar was not activated. so I tried to turn it on so thats when I found it was not working.
  • videos I watched on this gpu said to turn on rebar so in was trying to get it to turn on. 
  • i am using a dislplay port but i was using an hmdi but they both wont work when i turn csm off.

All the videos I watched on turning on rebar said that CSM had to be turned off. but even with it on it still won't turn on rebar.
