Hello, I bought a new graphics card today, an Intel ARC A750 8GB, installed all the drivers, and wanted to play Space Engineers. After about 30 minutes, the game crashed (see screenshots). After restarting the PC, it worked, but then there was a second crash in Space Engineers. What could have caused it? It's a brand new graphics card and a fresh Windows installation.

Hi @Zeroded,
Thank you for posting in the community. To further assist you and investigate the issue, please provide the following information:
- Please provide the SSU log report and share it here so I can review your system's configuration.
- Kindly check the Event Viewer for any error messages that could help us determine whether this is application-related or graphics driver-related. Please share a screenshot of the errors.
- Please generate a kernel or complete crash dump. This is useful for troubleshooting because it captures a record of system memory at the time of the crash. You can follow the instructions provided here :Generate a kernel or complete crash dump - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn
- After installing the new GPU, have you performed a clean installation using DDU to completely remove the previous or older driver?
- What was the previous graphics card you were using before installing the A750?
- Is this an Intel-branded card or an add-in card from a third-party manufacturer?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
Once I have this information, we can begin investigating the issue.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Randy T.

Hello, thank you for your reply. My graphics card is from Intel, specifically an Intel Arc A750 Limited Edition, 8192 MB GDDR6.
I've tested everything and come to the conclusion that my power supply is too weak.
I only have 500 watts, but the graphics card needs at least 600 watts.
That's the problem. Without much load, the graphics card works fine.

Hi @Zeroded,
Thank you for your update and for confirming the root cause. It appears the power supply requirement was the key factor, and your analysis aligns with Intel’s recommendations for the Arc A750 (minimum 600W PSU).
I’m closing this case since no further assistance is needed from my end. For your reference, here is the official Intel® Arc™ Graphics – Desktop Quick Start Guide, which includes setup and compatibility details:
