Hello, I’m running into some problems and I’m running out of ideas, so I hope someone here can help me.
Here are my system specs:
- Intel Arc B580
- AMD Ryzen 5 5600
- 16 GB RAM
- be quiet! System Power 11 550W
The problem is that in some games, mainly X-Plane and War Thunder, after around 10–50 minutes, my monitor suddenly goes black. At the same time, the audio starts sounding distorted or weird, and shortly afterwards the PC restarts itself.
What’s strange is that this doesn’t happen in other games.
I’ve already tried updating the graphics driver, reinstalling it, reading through various forum posts, and completely removing and reinstalling the driver using DDU. Unfortunately, none of this has fixed the problem.
Another thing worth mentioning is that I’ve been using this exact system for about 8 months without any problems. The crashes only started recently, even though I haven’t changed anything about the hardware or software setup.
During the restart, the PC itself stays relatively quiet and sounds normal.
At this point, I honestly don’t know what else to try. I’d really appreciate any suggestions or ideas about what could be causing this.
