Has anyone experienced low fps in a game when streaming via discord ?

1. What is the title of the game that you are playing?
2. Was it working fine before?
3. If yes, what was the last change in the system before the issue started?
4. Can you share some videos of the issue?
5. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried before?
6. For me to review the hardware and the installed drivers, please help generate the SSU logs of your system. Kindly refer to the link below for the steps:

2. yes but sometimes it runs on low fps espexially when im watching discord live from another person

Thank you for the quick update.

Upon initial review of the SSU logs that you provided, I found out that the BIOS of your board is not update.

Let me provide some recommendations and tell us if there will be improvements in the performance.

1. Please update the BIOS of your board to make sure everything is updated. Here is the link of your latest BIOS. msi.com/Motherboard/B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC/support
2. Try to check if your OS and discord have an update and install it if it is available.
3. Once done, please try to re-install the latest driver using DDU method. Please refer to the links below for the steps on how to perform DDU and the direct link of the latest driver:

Once done, let me provide the troubleshooting steps below and check if there's difference after enabling and disabling hardware acceleration. I understand that you already tried this, however, please try it again this time that everything is updated.

1. Open Discord:

• Launch the Discord application on your computer.

1. Access User Settings:

• Click on the gear icon located at the bottom left corner of the Discord window, next to your username. This will open the User Settings menu.

1. Navigate to Advanced Settings:

• In the User Settings menu, scroll down and click on the "Advanced" option under the "App Settings" section.

1. Disable Hardware Acceleration:

• In the Advanced settings, you will see an option labeled "Hardware Acceleration." Toggle the switch to the off position to disable GPU acceleration.

1. Restart Discord:

• After disabling Hardware Acceleration, you will need to restart the Discord application for the changes to take effect. Click "Okay" when prompted to restart.

Disabling this feature can help improve the stability of Discord, reducing the likelihood of crashes while streaming, If Discord is crashing while streaming, it could be due to conflicts between the GPU acceleration and other processes or applications running on your system. Disabling GPU acceleration is a common troubleshooting step to isolate and resolve such issues.

I am sending another follow up to check if you done with my last recommendations. Additionally, you may contact the manufacturer of the board for assistance in updating the BIOS since every board manufacturer may have different steps to update the BIOS.
