I want to make it very clear that I am dissatisfied with Intel's drivers; they are terrible and seem to leave gamers behind. Back when I bought the card, I would have recommended it to any of my friends, but today I am seriously considering switching to AMD. I’ve always used Nvidia and switched to Intel, but I am truly disappointed and can't wait to switch cards again. I have attached a link to a video of the game and the files needed for investigation.

I've noticed this ever since I started playing with this card; I couldn't pinpoint if it started after a specific change.
I'm using the High preset on DirectX 12 with XeSS upscaling set to Ultra Quality Plus.
Yes, I experience instability in other games too.
Yes, that’s always one of the first or second things I try whenever I have a problem.
Yes, I updated it; it's on the latest version.

Based on our testing, your graphics card is performing on par with the third-party graphics card we compared it against, and in some cases, it performed even better. This indicates that the graphics card itself is functioning as expected.
Given the results, the behavior you are experiencing may be related to the game itself. Since DirectX 12 (DX12) is currently a beta feature for the game, it is possible that the issue is caused by the game's implementation rather than the graphics hardware.
At this point, I recommend contacting Blizzard Support for further assistance, as they are best positioned to investigate game-specific issues related to DX12.
