I am experiencing a persistent crackling and popping sound whenever I playback any audio on my system. This is a high-end gaming PC, and I have never encountered this issue before, but it has recently become a constant problem.
What I Have Attempted So Far:
- Toggled and disabled Windows audio enhancements.
- Lowered and tested different default audio formats (sample rates/bit depths) in advanced sound settings.
- Changed Windows power plans to High Performance to eliminate CPU throttling states.

Has anyone else faced this with a 12900K setup, or are there specific Intel/motherboard chipset drivers I should target to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers from Device Manager and restarted multiple
I've already tried running diagnostics, doing a hard cleanup, and resetting the system. I also uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers from Device Manager and restarted multiple times, but nothing has worked. pleas help me out. What do I need to do next
