Display Issue in Intel A770 Graphics Card

Dear Intel Support Team,

I am currently using an Intel A770 graphics card, and I’m facing an issue when running Lumion 12.5 — the display does not show properly. I have searched extensively on Google and YouTube for solutions, but most of the available fixes are for NVIDIA cards, and I could not find any specific to Intel graphics.

Since Intel has officially released the A770 to the market, I expected better compatibility and performance. Unfortunately, I am unable to use Lumion properly, despite having spent a significant amount on this GPU. I would really appreciate your guidance or an official fix for this issue.
