Hi,

With Intel AMT 3.0 you can configure a computer for the first time remotly without "touching" the computer if you get a Verisign certificate. Otherwise, you can always use a USB key, connect it to the AMT computer and reboot. Intel AMT will load configuration data from the USB key to make a secure connection to a configuration server (Like Intel AMT Director or Intel SCS).

Raul,

Only Enterprise Mode can be configured remotely using AMT Director or Intel SCS. For Small business mode, you have to manually provision the box.

Please take a look at these videos on what you can do with AMT director -

Video 3

Hope that will help answer most of your questions.

Hi,

You can enable Intel AMT through the Bios. Press +P while you reboot the system to get into the bios - this will take you toME Bios settings, where you canenable AMT. You also have to install the proper bios and drivers for using Intel AMT.

These videos (Video1 and Video2)are a good place to start. The Start Here guide will give you step by step instructions on enabling and using Intel AMT feature.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks,

Sree
