Hi - I still do not have enough information to be able to comment on why you are having difficulties. It appears that your system is based on a 2nd Generation Intel Core processor (not knowing which processor your system has, I can't tell if your system is actually AMT capable - I'll assume it is.) This would be an AMT 7.0 system so your HECI driver should have a version 7.x - please insure that it does. It would be helpful if you could run the SCS Discovery Tool:How to run the SCS Discovery Tool and attach the xml file to this post - that way I will be able to get a better idea of what might be going on.
