Intel Driver and Support Assistant won't launch or scan

Intel Driver and Support Assistant won't launch or scan so I cannot install the driver updates. I don't know what changed, but it stopped working several months ago. I've choosen to repair, to uninstall, to re-install with nothing changing. I've added the logs from C:\ProgramData\Intel\DSA. Please advise
