How can I create the PPS key without SCS installed?

Hi,

There is aprovisioningserveravailable within the AMT Developers Toolkit named AMT Director. This was written based on the APIs in the SCA.The AMT Director does not require SQL, IIS, or AD, however it does require the .Net Framework.
