where can I find 2.1 Release of the Intel(r) AMT Scale SDK

I need to re-download Intel AMT Release 2.1_131008.zip however I cannot find it anymore. Can someone help me finding this file (2.1 Release of the Intel AMT Scale SDK) ?

The download link is on the Manageability Developers Community page (below.) Look for Intel Software Development Kit under "downloads" on the right side of the page.
